Takako Shimura, known for her works like "Wandering Son" and "Sweet Blue Flowers," has exciting news for fans! Here's a breakdown:

  • New Yuri Manga Debuts: Shimura's new manga titled "Hatsukoi no Tsugi" (What's Next After First Love) will premiere in the May issue of Kodansha's Kiss magazine on April 25th. This yuri manga focuses on a married couple, Akai and Chika, whose seemingly blissful life gets complicated by the reappearance of Akai's first love.
  • Farewell to "Awajima Hyakkei": While fans celebrate the new yuri manga, Shimura's other series, "Awajima Hyakkei," is reaching its conclusion. The next chapter, appearing in the 70th issue of Shodensha's OnBLUE magazine (also on April 25th), will be its final one.
